No more terrible Spinning and Vertigo now

Following have been observed since last one month during the medication:-
– No more vertigo attacks.
– Tinnitus in right ear continues 24/7.
– Piles and Gas problem has increased.
– Early in the morning/ when temperature is down I feel some time that I may get vertigo attacks or heavy-ness . But that didn’t happened as I cover my head with a woollen cap, I think it is some how preventing the vertigo attacks.
